Before founding Crystal Baths, I spent years working alongside leading architects and interior designers on exceptional projects worldwide — among them WATG's Laucala Island in Fiji.
That work sent me across the globe in search of rare, remarkable stone. Designers came to rely on me to find materials they simply couldn't source elsewhere.
Along the way I encountered extraordinary treasures — rock crystal, rose quartz, petrified wood — often hidden beneath clay and mineral deposits, their beauty concealed until uncovered.
No two discoveries are ever the same. Each has been shaped by nature over millions of years, under conditions that can never be recreated. Wherever I source, I ensure every material is acquired responsibly, with the necessary permissions in place.
Born from a desire to reveal these materials and transform them into sculptural works for exceptional interiors. Some become baths. Others become singular pieces of art. In every case, the material itself decides what is possible — a result that can never simply be reproduced or ordered again.
Each piece is not simply made to be beautiful.
It is made to be singular.
“I have known and worked with Sebastian on a number of projects. His skills — as an artist and a craftsman — are, in my experience, unsurpassed. He has an intimate understanding of the materials he works with and a rare sensitivity to what a client wants. The results are excellent, sometimes sublime.”
